Fall has always been my favorite season. I love watching the world transform...the way green leaves gradually turn brilliant orange, deep red, and golden yellow. It's nature's reminder that change doesn't have to be something we fear; it can be beautiful.
I'll never forget an October trip to New York a few years ago where I was there for a funeral. A day after the funeral, I found myself with relatives wandering through Central Park, admiring the stunning autumn landscape. As I walked through the massive park, I came across a man blowing enormous soap bubbles that caught the afternoon light. For a moment, I found myself stepping inside one of those bubbles and found myself amazed by a child-like experience.
I then explored an area full of leaves, grabbed a few and threw them above me, letting them crunch between my fingers... this is when I realized something: fall is a reminder that endings can be beginnings. The trees weren't dying; rather, they were preparing. Letting go of what they no longer needed to make space for new growth come spring. Fall is the start of change, the start of hope.
Journaling is a great tool for navigating change, just like those trees were showing me how to let go gracefully.

That's the feeling I wanted to capture in our new fall collection. Our spiral notebooks, notebook sets, and seasonal stickers are designed to help you embrace your own seasons of change. Journaling can be a powerful tool for navigating transitions especially with helping you process what you're letting go of and what you're making space for. Whether you're starting a new chapter, working through a difficult time, or simply wanting to document what you see around you, these tools are here to support your journey.
Sometimes the most beautiful transformations happen when we give ourselves permission to change, just like the leaves.

A Fall Reflection
Ready to explore your own relationship with change? Here's a question to get you started:
What are you ready to let go of this season? Think about something you've been holding onto that might be ready to release, just like the trees letting go of their leaves to prepare for what's next.
Grab one of our fall notebooks and see where this question takes you.
What season speaks to you most, and why? I'd love to hear your thoughts.

Grateful for the journey that brought me here,
Cris
