Happy Hoos Return Policy
Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 14 days from receipt of your item, with the day of receipt counting as day 1. Returns requested after the 14th day will not be accepted.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all original accessories and documentation. Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return.
Initiating a Return:
Returns can be initiated directly through your Shopify account. Once you start the return, follow the instructions to ship the item back to us.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Happy Hoos error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 3 business days (excluding holidays) and applied to your original payment method.
No Exchanges:
We do not accept exchanges at this time.
Right to Refuse:
Happy Hoos reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet our return policy criteria.
