Shipping Policy
At Happy Hoos, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience, including reliable and efficient shipping options that are hassle-free, and thoroughly convenient.
- We ship products within 3-5 business days, and we offer an “expedited” option if you want to receive your orders sooner. Currently, we are shipping within the USA, but we are hoping to be able to cater international orders in the future.
- To give you consistent updates regarding your shipment, we have a tracking information system to allow you to monitor the estimated delivery schedule.
Happy Hoos Return Policy
At Happy Hoos, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes items may need to be returned.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for unused items in their original packaging.
- Personalized or customized items are not eligible.
- Returns can be initiated through your Shopify account, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- Refunds are processed within 3 business days (excluding holidays) to the original payment method.
- We do not accept exchanges.
